I’m a writer, poet, and movement artist who honors my body as a creative channel and pleasure portal.
My work is deeply rooted in the body and nature. I’m a master journeyer of the mind and I’m never afraid of what I’ll find. I know what it feels like to find joy and freedom after years of dissociation and restriction. Heartbreaking grief, body image distortion, and life-changing health conditions have shaped me. Between science and spirituality, I discovered my appreciation for the female body and the art of moving energy.
